Short-Term Let is a family-run holiday cottage company owned and
managed by Matt & Mari Hayes. Now in our 4th year, we have had
the pleasure of welcoming guests from all over the world to our
corner of picturesque Cambridge. |

strongly believe that holiday cottages can offer more suitable
short-term accommodation for small groups and families than hotels
can. We felt that our own town of Cambridge lacked an alternative
to serviced accommodation for people looking for a charming and
traditional place to stay offering space, independence and comfort.
Why choose a confined room of a hotel or B&B with their strict
time schedules, or a charmless apartment in a newly-built towerblock
while a traditional cottage awaits?

any stay away from home comforts can be challenging, we have decided
to recreate that home-from-home feeling by offering guests comfortable,
modern accommodation with well-tended gardens whilst retaining the
traditional character and integrity of our cottages. |

in typical backstreets of the old city, the holiday cottages have
been carefully renovated to preserve their charm and to offer you
a warm, cosy and inviting atmosphere. We welcome you to regard the
